Welcome to Braise, we are a chef driven, wine centric, modern American
restaurant that offers a multi-course dining for a great price.
We take immense pride in all of our food hence it is:

Even though our menu is multi course it would be our pleasure to make anything you see as
a course option available individually. As a general rule we cook all of the braised meats till
tender with a long, slow cooking process best suited for each cut. However, for menu items
that are cooked to-order the meats will be cooked medium rare and the seafood will be
cooked rare – medium rare (that said, we will happily cook it how you would like it). .
